Healing does not have to be a step you must take alone.

I have witnessed powerful healing when we come as a group. Finding community in the your healing is part of the growth, understanding that we are closer to each other than you might have thought in the first place.

In creating accessible group energy healing sessions, you’ll receive the intuitive guidance and energy work I typically offer in a personal session.

Over the course of 1 hour and 15 minutes, we’ll explore emotional, energetic, and spiritual themes that are rising to be healed in our initial consultation. Each participant is welcomed in their own unique process while being supported by the collective energy of the group.

• All materials and tools will be provided—but feel free to bring anything that brings you comfort (a journal, crystals, sacred objects, etc.).
