The Usui Reiki system was developed in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui and Chujiro Hayashi in the late 1800s. The practice of "laying of hands" as a healing method has been a part of human history for thousands of years but was largely forgotten until Usui's dedication led to its rediscovery. His work made this universal healing method accessible to all.

According to the Usui system, when one's "life force energy" or Qi is low, a person is more susceptible to illness and stress. Conversely, when it is high, a person is more likely to experience joy and optimal health. Reiki has proven effective in treating various illnesses and conditions and complements other medical or therapeutic techniques by alleviating side effects and promoting recovery.

Reiki Level 1 is the starting point for anyone interested in exploring the world of energy and healing. In this course, you'll learn the foundations of the Usui System of Natural Healing and develop your natural intuitive powers.

What To Expect.

Reiki level 1 training opens up your intuition and awakens your spirituality. You will learn tools to heal yourself and others. Working with a balancing, intelligent, harmonizing energy that heals on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.
In this Reiki 1 workshop you will learn:

  • essentials of energy healing work (Energy flow, Chakra system, and Aura system)

  • the Reiki History (for the Usui Lineage)

  • the Reiki Principles

  • the hand placements for treating yourself and others

You will receive the level one Reiki attunements that will be sealed in you for life. This is a fantastic tool for anyone who is interested in or is already involved in healing work.
