What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing, also known in the scientific world as biofield therapy, is a holistic, therapeutic approach that aims to balance and harmonize the flow of energy within the body, leading to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. This practice is based on bringing back the body’s ability to heal itself through its own energy field to promote self-healing.

Healing is the process of becoming whole again, of restoring balance and well-being to the body, mind, and spirit. Healing is not just about treating symptoms, but also addressing the underlying causes of illness or injury. Healing is not just physical but also emotional, mental, and spiritual. It is a process of self-discovery and self-care. Healing is not only about restoring what was lost but also about creating something new and better. It's a journey of growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.

As an energy healer, I am certified in several modalities such as Reiki, 13th Octave LaHoChi, Integrated Energy Therapy®, and quantum healing. As the facilitator on your journey of healing, I work with my clients to help them reach their full potential for health, well-being, and clarity.

Reiki

Reiki is a healing energy available to all. I offer sessions that can be done in-person or remotely. During your session, you will receive an initial check-in with a certified practitioner, an optional card reading to help you focus during your session, and Reiki healing/chakra clearing.Learn more about Reiki.

  • 60 minutes - $180

  • 90 minutes - $270

Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)

IET® is an energy therapy that focuses on getting the “issues out of the tissues” for good! This powerful energy session will work on specific areas of your body to release traumas from your past to help you live in the present and shoot for the stars in the future. This therapy can be done in person or remotely.

  • 60 minutes - $180

  • 90 minutes - $270

13th Octave LaHoChi

13th Octave LaHoChi is a powerful hands-on healing modality that brings in a very high frequency of light into one's physical and energetic bodies.
