Relationships (of any kind) are the gateway to our interior world. In order to grow and heal, we must look at the other as the reflection of our inner world. Once we understand our inner self, only then can we love from an authentic & open heart.
This session is a guided, heart-centered energy healing experience for two people who wish to reconnect, release old patterns, and support each other’s growth. Whether you are romantic partners, close friends, siblings, or parent and child — this space is for any bond built on love and a desire to grow together.
This is a Spiritual Exploration not a substitute for couple’s therapy or Individual therapeutic needs.
Who Is This Healing Experience For?
While this session is called a “Couples Healing Session,” it is open to any two people in a meaningful relationship — romantic partners, life partners, close friends, siblings, or family members. The focus is on energetic connection, mutual healing, and heart-centered support between individuals who wish to deepen their bond, release tension, and cultivate presence with one another.

How the Shared Healing Journey Is Organized
The session is structured in three parts:
Exploration: We will start by getting to know each other and understand each other intention.
Quantum Healing: I will facilitate energy healing on both of you, clearing individual and shared energetic blocks, and activating alignment within the partnership through the quantum field of each of you and for the group.
Partnered Healing Practice: You’ll each receive guidance to offer healing to one another. No prior experience is necessary — I will guide you step-by-step on how to channel energy from your heart space, fostering intimacy, compassion, and mutual care.
This session combines energy work, powerful contemplation tools, and practical healing tools you can continue to use after the session.

While this session is deeply healing, it is not a substitute for couples therapy or mental health counseling. If you or your partner are navigating trauma, high emotional distress, or unresolved conflict, I encourage you to seek the care of a licensed therapist or counselor.
This session is ideal for people who are at a baseline level of emotional regulation, open to shared growth, and ready to engage in sacred spiritual energy work together.

No. This session is not therapy and is not designed to resolve relationship conflicts. It focuses on energetic connection, heart-centered presence, and shared healing. For couples or relationships needing therapeutic support, we recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside or before this session.

Not at all! While many couples book this session, it’s equally beautiful for close friends, family members, siblings, or anyone in a meaningful relationship who wish to experience healing together.

Yes. The session is offered both in-person (in NYC) and online via Zoom, allowing you to access the healing space from the comfort of your home. Online sessions include the full partnered healing component with live guidance and distant healing.

If attending in-person, everything will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring a water bottle, a journal, and any sacred item (like a crystal or small object). For online sessions, prepare a quiet, cozy space, a journal, water, and headphonesif possible for optimal sound experience.

This session is most supportive when both people are at a baseline of emotional balance. If one or both of you are experiencing acute distress or crisis, please reach out before booking so we can determine if this is the right offering, or if alternative support might be more appropriate.
